Lipolytic mesotherapy is an aesthetic medicine procedure that allows body contouring by locally dissolving fat. Using active ingredients such as phosphatidylcholine, deoxycholic acid, biomimetic peptides or dermaheal LL, this method allows to reduce fat and cellulite, without the need for surgical intervention.

The treatment works especially well for small fat deposits - such as around the chin, flanks, thighs or arms. It can also be used to model the oval of the face, or to level small stretch marks and tighten the skin.

What does lipolytic mesotherapy consist of?

Lipolytic mesotherapy treatment is a form of needle mesotherapy, in which, with the help of a thin needle, a lipolytic preparation with fat cell disrupting effects is injected into the skin. The injection is made directly into the adipose layer (in the area of adipocytes), where the active substances cause the breakdown of fat cells and the release of triglycerides, which are then removed from the body through metabolic processes.

The formulation usually includes:

The procedure is simple, and the procedure itself usually takes 20-40 minutes:

For small amounts of fat, 1-2 sessions are often enough, while for larger fat deposits, a series of 3-5 mesotherapy treatments is recommended, spaced every 3-4 weeks.
